We are an NGO dedicated to fight against cancer designing strategies of prevention, attention and education to the community, as well as to patients, empowering with genre approach in the active healthcare before, during and after treatment.
We work together with public and private entities in Central American region and at Latin America level, in analysis, design and development of prevention strategies, as well as strengthening oncological, improve institutional capacities and community organizations allowing to increase survival, reduce mortality and improve quality life in face cancer and infections that potentialize its aggressiveness.
We organize and develop jointly with public and academic entities, research focused on the phenomena related to cancer and search of new technologies that facilitates new ways of addressing prevention and people acceptance prevention programs and early diagnosis.
We intervene and develop humanitarian actions in periods of crisis and disasters caused by nature and man, under a model of neutral cooperation and without discrimination in the field where Movicancer develops its operations.

Our actions are developed taking into account the individual and his needs. Therefore, we provide scientific, clear, simple and reliable information about cancer, treatment, complications and health care before, during and after treatment and disease, respecting and promoting identity, culture and dignity.
We recognize multiculturalism and related cancer factors, we therefore believe that behaviors and perceptions vary from one country to another, and from a group in relation to other, so from Movicancer Nicaragua, we commit ourselves to explore new ways of addressing prevention and acceptance of people in prevention programs and early cancer diagnosis .
We take as our, suffering and pain caused by cancer and therefore contribute to development of strategies and programs insurance through joint intersectoral and inter-agency in order to ensure the achievement of our mission and organizational vision.
We know that the cancer is preventable and can be cured. The chances of a cure are much higher the earlier your diagnosis is.
